When month after month of calling for ‘ceasefire’ and ‘stop arming genocide’ lands on deaf ears - protesters need to find alternative ways to be affective.
While children are being slaughtered and dismembered in their thousands, do we not have a MORAL duty to DEMAND an END to these appalling atrocities???!!!

My MAIN OBJECTIVE in posting almost every single day since Oct 7th has been to contribute to those collective voices calling for PERMANENT CEASEFIRE..NO MORE KILLING - NO MORE GENOCIDE!!!!
It can feel lonely and pointless to be among what has often been a contentious and extremely polarising issue.
What we need to understand is that NEVER AGAIN means NEVER AGAIN for EVERYONE!
International Human Rights means human rights for EVERYONE!
What is taking place in Gaza now could happen to YOU..
The emphasis should ALWAYS be on how to reach PEACEFUL SOLUTIONS.
It is NEVER Anti-Semitic or Anti - Islamic to call for peace.

Dear Friends,
Every day people in Gaza are being targeted and killed in the most brutal ways imaginable.
Earlier today I saw footage of a little boy, covered in blood and pleading for ‘help’ on the roof of a building.
Nearbye on the same roof were the dismembered bodies of other little children who had been blown skywards by a bomb blast and torn to pieces.
I see the world very differently now that I understand there are people in positions of power who actually don’t give a damn about their welfare. People who put their own children to bed at night without the slightest thought or concern for anything else…
I never could have previously imagined things would come to this point.. but it’s a daily reality
for everyone living there.

Children are borne into circumstances of poverty, war, abandonment and suffering. I have witnessed and experienced all of this close up and first hand… yet THIS is something I CANNOT ignore.
I am appalled, disturbed, enraged, frustrated and often despairing.
HOW CAN ANYONE SUPPORT and ENDORSE THIS SUFFERING??!!!

This precious child… Holding two dolls that once belonged to two other little girls, who were just like her. The ‘war’ made them martyrs she says…

Look at the trauma she holds in her little body.. She’s been exposed to hell on earth.

She says “This war taught us everything”…Think about that for a moment.

She will never ‘unsee’ the horror she has witnessed. Never ‘unknow’ every traumatic lessons she has learned.

This is NOT NORMAL!
This is ABSOLUTELY IMMORAL!
This is WRONG in every sense of the word!!

And in saying this - I must EMPHASISE that I say the same for every child of any ethnicity.

I call for PEACE and CEASEFIRE
