I stepped outside for the first time since New Year today.
To be pain free is an incredible thing!!! At least it’s under control until it returns… Your body is a miraculous vehicle through which you manifest every aspect of ‘self’. Temporal, invisibly changing, capable of healing, fragile and strong at the same time. Eventually it will be left behind like an article of clothing.. but for the moment.. Here Now!
