Annie Lennox has donated her MCM black leather clutch to Save the Children’s ‘‘Bag to Save a Life’’ auction.
Bag to Save a Life is part of Save the Children’s No Child Born to Die campaign , which aims to stop the needless deaths of 7.6 million children under five every year.
Most are dying from basic illnesses like pneumonia and diarrhoea because they can’t get the treatment they need.
The auction will raise money to fund more health workers with the training and equipment they need to treat sick children in the world’s poorest countries.
