There’s a definite feeling that SING is progressing

Since the beginning of this year I’ve travelled to  to perform and campaign for SING in 12 major cities…New York, Los Angeles, London, Dublin, Paris, Milan, Cologne, Dussledorf, Amsterdam, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Oslo…next week I’ll be performing for the AMFAR event in Cannes…and we’re setting up plans to go to South Africa.
There’s a definite feeling that SING is progressing, and people are becoming more aware of what it’s about. My long term goal is to strengthen/develop and broaden it’s outreach. This won’t happen overnight, but it will be sure and steady journey.
I’m determined to make a difference in the best way I can…so stick with me…and watch me go!
My visit to Norway was extraordinary…I had a personal meeting with the prime minister, who is very aware of women and children’s health issues in developing countries, I gave several interviews, and appeared on Norway’s “biggest” TV show. The SING event took place in a beautiful old bank building called “The Marble Hall” in the city centre, and  SING was given a 60 thousand pound donation right off the bat!
The crown princess came to meet me in my dressing room after the performance, and we chatted for over an hour. She’s an amazing person, who is passionately dedicated to HIV Aids issues.
I’m so grateful to everyone who’s hard work made the whole thing possible!!!
