Interesting performance moments…

Have found some internet access, so am still in touch with the modern world!
Many things are happening regarding SING, which I can’t reveal everything quite yet, but it’s all good.

Also..very soon THE HOUSE OF ME ( god willing)… will reveal some fabulous new developments, which is very exciting indeed!
I’ve been so busy of late, that I don’t seem to have so much time to get "opinionated"…it’s been more a phase of activity than reflection.

So today I thought I’d like to share some of my most interesting performance moments with you just for fun…

1.Recording "Sisters are Doin’ it for Themselves" with Aretha Franklyn in Detroit….Which was pretty thrilling.
2.Singing EURYTHMICS version of "Wrap it Up" live on stage with Sam…(of "Sam and Dave")
who wrote and recorded the fabulous original version.
3. Performing Under Pressure with David Bowie at the Freddie Mercury Tribute.
4. Performing at Wembley Stadium for the Free Nelson Mandela concert.
5. Recording "Into the West" for Lord of the Rings in Abbey Road Studios on the microphone used by Paul Mc Cartney and John Lennon
6. Watching Stevie Wonder record the harmonica solo on "There Must Be An Angel Playing with my Heart".
7. Performing We’ll Be Together Tonight with Sting on the Sacred Love tour.
8. Performing Cole Porter’s Every Time We Say Goodbye with Herbie Hancock at the Carnaigie Hall for Red Hot and Blue.
9. Singing back up vocals with Bob Dylan live at the Staples Center Los Angeles..even though I didn’t really know the song..help!
10. Performing Sweet Dreams live at the Grammy’s in drag.
11. EURYTHMICS performance for The Prince’s Trust at Wembley arena with princess Diana and Prince Charles in attendance.
12. Performing Tracks of my Tears live with Smokey Robinson at an awards ceremony in Los Angeles.
13. Performing live from Buckingham Palace gardens for Jubilee 2000.
14. Performing lwith EURYTHMICS live from Greenwich, and singing in the year for the millenium 2000.
15. Performing on The Rainbow Warrior) live on the river Thames in support of Greenpeace.
16. Performing Seven Second’s Away with Youssou N’Dour live on stage for the first 46664 concert.
