Annie Lennox to headline politics festival
The recuperated singer will use Scottish event to talk about her campaigning work to combat AIDS in Africa

Annie Lennox is to headline the Scottish Festival of Politics, a year after she was forced to pull out of the event due to ill-health.
The 54-year-old, Aberdeen-born singer will use her appearance to raise awareness of HIV/Aids in Africa and discuss her campaign to combat the disease.
Lennox had been due to take part in the event in Edinburgh last year, but cancelled after injuring her back during a trip to Mexico. She later underwent surgery to release a trapped nerve."
