The Spirit of elBulli…the Michelin 3-star restaurant near the town of Roses, Catalonia in Spain, run by chef Ferran Adria, which was closed on July 30, 2011 and will reopen as a creativity centre in 2014. Somerset House in London is currently hosting an exhibition about the restaurant. The doggie featured in the picture with the necklace of food around it’s neck was it’s emblem… If you happen to be in London, and are interested in the concept of food as a form of art, or science then this is a must for you.. If not, then there are plenty of other things to do!!
