It’s been quite a week in all sorts of ways and certainly not every day that you get given something like a MITS Award! Here’s a picture of the tables in the room before everybody came in. Imagine catering for 2,000 people at one sitting!! Jo Whiley and Peter Gabriel were absolutely brilliant to get on board.. And I was touched and honoured by the most moving tributes expressed. Of course, being Scottish, I find it hard to receive compliments.. They get batted out of the field immediately, but nevertheless.. It was pretty incredible to "feel the love" in the room. Thank you one and all for your kind messages of support..most truly appreciated!
